Website Visitors

Analytical Cookies

When accessing our website a pop-up message will inform you that cookies are being used for the purpose of analysing the use of our website. Your IP address may be stored on our server to document your agreement to personal data processing.

The tool we use for this is the open-source web analysis service Matomo and the purpose for using it is the analysis of the use of our website. Matomo uses cookies which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. We process data such as your IP address, the pages you visit, the website from which you came (referrer URL), when which page views occurred and from which region they came, the duration of your visit, and the frequency of your visits. Matomo stores a cookie on your device via your browser in order to collect this data. Prior to storing, your IP address will first be anonymized.

We host Matomo exclusively on servers hosted by a carefully selected service provider. All analysis data remains with us and is not sold or passed on to third parties.

As is true for most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information is stored at the facility of our web hosting service provider in Switzerland. This information includes Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, Uniform Resource Locator (URL) data, browser type, operating system, and the time and date of your visit. We collect this information to operate and maintain the website. The log files are kept for 7 days.

We process personal data about our business contacts (such as current and potential customers/investors) by means of a customer relationship management system (CRM). The data collected may contain first name, last name, company name, telephone number, email address, address, email content and notes from discussions with our employees.

We may also process your data for security purposes. We continuously improve the appropriate security of our IT infrastructure. These include, for example, technology systems providers such as cloud, CRM, hosting, backup and newsletter services. Your personal data is stored in data centers in Switzerland only.
